5. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • Prices and offers may change at any time without prior notice
  • If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid

6. Orders and Acceptance

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. It is accepted only when we confirm it or ship the product
  • We may refuse or cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or incorrect details
  • If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund

7. Payments

  • We accept online payment methods (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available
  • Online payments are processed by secure third-party gateways. We do not store your card or banking details
  • COD orders may be limited by location or order value, and we may confirm them by phone or message before shipping
  • For COD, you agree to accept the order on delivery. Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to COD being disabled for you

8. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped as per our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, or events outside our control. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct, because we are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by wrong details.

9. Returns, Replacements and Refunds

Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy, which allows requests within 7 days of delivery under the stated conditions.

10. Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it is shipped by emailing Supportwelzio@gmail.com with your order number. Once shipped, the return process applies after delivery.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on welzio.in, including the brand name, logo, images, product photos, text, and design, belongs to Welzio and is protected by applicable laws. You may not use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

12. User Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.

13. Reviews and User Content

If you post reviews, comments, or photos, you grant us a non-exclusive, free right to use them on our website and marketing. You must not post content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, or infringes others' rights. We may remove any content at our discretion.
